Take away their oil and they can't enroll in these flight schools.

There is a much simpler solution...just don't allow Arabs (or Muslims) from countries that support terrorism to enroll in these flight schools.

If they no longer control the oil, they will barely have money to go to the next oasis, let alone come to America.
