In a naval reserve unit with a bunch of airline pilots. Was sent the statements of the pilot, gate agent, and a dispatch person. All their statements, say that the reason the SS agent got tossed was, he was acting suspicious, (sweating and agitated) which was brought to the attention of the Captain. The Captain reviewed the firearms paperwork and found it was turned out improperly. While the Captain called dispatch asking for direction the SS agent was again requested to fill out the firearms paperwork. Again he couldn't fill it out properly. The airline employees say that when questioned, the SS agent started posturing and threatening to get everyone fired. One of the biggest problems was neither the airline or the airport had a picture of what SS credentials looked like.
Sounds like there is some blame to go around to all parties.
Yours' is the best and the only factually enlightening post on this thread. THANK YOU!
