Apparently the agent incorrectly filled out paperwork for carrying the gun a total of three times - twice after being asked to correct it. If you were the captain, would you let such a person on your plane?

This is my understanding also................three times?........it's as if he was determined to get tossed, putting himself in a position to file a big bucks lawsuit.

That is the key to the whole situation. If he did in fact fail to properly fill out the paperwork three times he failed to do his duty and should not be allowed board the plane. The paper work is still around and should seal the agents fate if it is in fact improperly filled out.
