I am about to give it up on even tryig to hope for a capture of either OBL or Omar within the next 2 months. Just trying to follow all the reports on where they are is a nightmare in itself.

Even if they are eventually captured, their executions will be no reparation for 9/11.

He can run but he can't hide. Next time we'll make the sniveling coward a part of the Afghan landscape.

Why does the US allow the repeated use of this stupid gambit by dishonorable religious fanatics?

That's what I was thinking. We'll never catch these guys as long as they can buy their way out of any "trap" they find themselves in. Time to stop worrying about nation building and start doing what you do in war: Nation destroying. Afterward, we can worry about re-building.

If I had a nickle for every Omar or OBL rumour in the past month . . . .True, but somehow, this seemed expected.

How about telling Mr. Karzai he's got 72 hours to hand him over or we start bombing the 'interim' government. That's a thought . . . Karzai is the one who first (incredibly) offered Omar a deal.

Unconfirmed reports say that Mullah Omar escaped with four fellow Taleban members by motorbike.

What a great GIF, I salute you for your relentless devotion to our troops, and I too support our men and women in uniform and especially our DAV's. I proudly display my "Gold Leader" DAV Certificate in my office for supporting our Disabled American Veterans.
God Bless and keep up the great work

I think the Afghans figure the bounty will go up and they should wait until it does before they cash in Omar.
