But Garry South, Davis' top political adviser, cited the recent collapse of Enron Corp. and the financial problems of San Jose-based Calpine Corp. as more signs the crisis continues. Isn't it strange, then, that Texas Governor Rick Perry didn't declare a state of emergency over the Enron collapse? After all, it occurred in Texas, not California.
I think Davis is heading for a nervous break down. No sane person would have done half the stuff he's done.
