They are going to have to get this a LOT more accurate before it can be used on a mass scale. 1 or 4 false negatives and 1 of 11 false positives translates into many many thousands of people being detained unnecessarily if used at airports...
They also don't talk about the test being beatable. What if you spread some super glue or Vasoline around your eyes to minimize the temperature differences for instance...

But if this is combined with other detection methods (mainly profiling), then the numbers should be reduced to manageable levels.
