Clinton, that great mulligan taker wants history to give him a mulligan. Too bad for Clinton that the score card is written and we all know he hooked and sliced his legacy into the rough and all his pitiful attempts at revision will not erase the score. Can't unwrite history. Bill will have to play it where it lays.

I think the first "issue" from this talk fest appeared in the NYT Sunday...something to the effect that W was winning the war against terrorism with the military legacy left behind by the Clintons.
