Check again. Some of it has been enacted. All of it has been proposed. Including the limits on jury trial. You don't get a jury trial in the US if the penalty is less than 6 months.

Hear you loud and clear. Too many freepers call this kind of talk paronoia. I look back on the history of the last twenty years and see it as logical progression.
