The question is, do we have a "Soviet style" central planning President that will sign on to it?...Apparently we do...

comrade wyden is a full blow liberal socialist critter. smith is a very dumb senator that is to arrogant to be any good as a senator. if these 2 put anything together it must by nature of their stupidity be garbage.

yes i live in the beaver state, for this 1 day we will call it the "duck" state for obvious reasons. since i live in the "duck" state i can critique the 2 morons free from reprise. or whatever i said.

Great post! I am sad to say that I agree with most of this article. I live in Klamath Falls and attended many of the rallies and listened to the passionate speaches detailing the magnitude of the injustice brought to us by our federal government.

The real problem is the the E.S.A. seems to allow the implementation of extreme enviromental agendas without any regard for the constitution, private property rights, or common sense.

Senator Smith and Representative Wyden are good guys who are trying to do the right thing, but I think that polititions in general find throwing a little money at a problem easier than crafting a real long term solution.

The solution could come in many forms. Some brave legislator could find the courage to craft an amendment to the E.S.A. Federal agencies could come to their senses and abandon their unconstitutional theft of our public and private resources. New legislation could be passed, clearly prohibiting, as our constitution does, the theft of our private property by our federal, state, and local government.
