I bet it is a voice activated cell phone. Bubba says "Sharon" and Sharon Stone's phone is called. Bubba says "Wonder Woman" and Lynda Carter's phone is called. Bubba says "Whatever" and Charlie Sheen's phone is called with a prerecorded announcement to send him whatever babe Charlie has available for him.
