I wouldn't touch India at anything more than 5-2. Their military is, simply, a mess. If it does go nuclear (and it will, especially if the Indian Army gets outmaneuvered early), I rather doubt that Red China will stand by while their proxy in the region gets turned into radioactive bits that might drift past Tibet.

Are you sure the Indian Army is such a mess? Its operations in the 1971 war were quite impressive.
