1. Personally, I would want to ensure that those on BOTH ends of shredding the Constitution be imprisoned for life, those who WRITE the illegitimate claptrap and those who "enforce"it, along with your cheerleaders.

Nope. A guy sitting in a county courthouse wearing his judicial robes who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and, unlike your ilk, means it. Any more inane questions? Then on conviction and if you're all you hint at, a conviction would be overwhelmingly likely, depends on the jury of your peers, of course, but they would also take their oath seriously, off you go to meet your new roommate, Bruno. And what a welcome you'd get: ex-cop now in prison. A lot of folks might be willing to pay good money to see THAT one on pay-per-view. (not me, though; I have too much a gentle disposition)
