No, that was your mistaken inference.

Tell me, what else can one infer from your suggestion? That libertarians, though few, are dangerous and criminal? The example you cite is that of people driving under the influence of alcohol. For the record, and I've said this before that I know that this behavior is a crime, and believe it's the rightful job of the police to catch them, and the law to punish them. Drunk drivers bring bodily harm and death.

What else could one infer from that? I suppose you could have been speaking rhetorically. Is that what you mean? Libertarians would only being harm and death to the body politic figuratively speaking?

I'm willing to talk about the many shortcomings of the Libertarian Party, as even libertarians around here will agree. I vote Republican and Libertarian depending on the candidate, or the circumstances of the election, and am happy to talk about why a libertarian would vote Republican. But faced with tripe that that, why bother?

Drunk drivers bring bodily harm and death

Damage to property, higher insurance rates, increased law enforcement costs, etc. They're detrimental to the public welfare despite their relatively small numbers, and there is little to say in their favor.

What, if anything, can you say about the positive accomplishments of the other group of one percenters?
