Bill Clinton's travels in Eastern Europe involved mostly Romany relatives and members of families with feudal obligations toward him and his family.

His ease of travel exceeded that of high ranking Communist party members - as it should have - the Romany have been doing this for a number of centuries as a matter of survival.

Hillary's father is supposedly one of the Blythe cousins anyway. Her marriage to Bill is similar in its genesis to the Communist "control" system, but it is nothing more than your basic, old fashioned, arranged marriage of one Romany family to another Romany family.
