If you click on my moniker, you will find that I signed up on FR on the 29th of Dec, 1999. Gene passed the day before. I lurked here at least a year before I first posted.
I guess I've tried to hi-jack this thread to be a memorial to a squid. Since that what the picture was about. Sorry to all.
God rest Ralph Eugene VanGilder, USN. Gone from us this last few years.

**Fred, if the ONLY thing you can reply to, is a typo ( it should have been MURDER ) , and then try to imply / infer some malady , that I don't suffer from, then it is YOU , and YOU alone, who have the problem. Your " SANDBOX " behavoir, has just proved the axium, of this thread.**
Well, if typos and bad spelling are a malady, you are an epidemic. You might be able to convince more people of the wisdom of your thought if you only took a few seconds to proofread before you hit "Post Reply". Jim even offers the opportunity to read the post one more time before exposing it to everyone.
I agree with 90% of what you try to say but 90% of the time, I'm also cringing at the terrible spelling.
And BTW, the word is "axiom".
To: Fred Mertz
What's "mureder"? Take your meds. It's "rederum" spelled backwards.

No problem... I figure, if I'm gonna poop here, I may as well be useful on occasion and catch a mouse or two ;0)
To: Tall_Texan
And BTW, the word is "axiom". Wouldn't it be more properly put "axiomatic"?
To: Focault's Pendulum
Sure, if one were acting axiomatically, but I guess that's pretty self-evident ;0)

So long as you use this it'll be O.K.
To: Chad Fairbanks
Grammar got run over by a reindeer? Now that's axiomatic!
