I am no Chelsea lover, in fact, I see her as another thorn in our government's side in a decade or so and think she bears watching, but this is a non story. She is an adult and she can go out and drink if she wants to. At this point she is totally irrevelant to anything going on in the world. After all, she is a Clinton (?).

When Newsmax first hit the internet I thought that we might have a good conservative webzine. They very quickly gained a reputation as tabloid trash. The only thing that they are missing is Batboy updates.

What makes it crap is that they are a tabloid..plain and simple. They are opportunists, they are rumor mongers and they discredit conservative journalism at just about every turn. This story is a perfect example of it.

Yes, the US media loves to taunt the Bush girls whenever possible and the same press made much of GWB's earlier antics.
(Also) yes, the Brit's seem to show equal ardor in downing Chelsea and will likely continue to do so as long as she stays there - in her daddy's shadow (dumb move Chelsea).

We've all been irritated, or truely pissed off, seeing her pose as a policy advisor to #42 and world leaders - again, figure how she'd avoid that act given who her old man is.

There is no valid reason, no honor or alibi, for taking part in encouraging what may be self destructive actions or to take pleasure in her discomfort.
Just as that same comment applies to those happily calling the law on GWB's kids.

Better we hope that she can break away from the family business and do something with her own life - in or out of the limelight.
