It is still the spot for college kids to hang out

First time I was ever in the Royal Phesant was on my 21st Birthday, and I think I was the youngest person in there by at least 20 years.

I do miss the snow, but not enough to ever consider moving back. I much prefer year round golf.

We have just as many liberal democrats down here.
