It is not important what the lady does. I've learned that. My father goes to the park sometimes and puts some change in his pockets to be able to give it to someone who asks him. His friends very often say, you're giving the people money and they're going to get alcohol with it. His answer is always the same, I am not the one to judge. I fulfilled my obligation, I was asked to help my fellow man. I did what I could. Whatever they do with the money, after the point where money changes hands, it is none of my business. If on 100 men, one buys food with the money he recieved from me, I am grateful to the Almighty, I was able to help somebody and that is a priviledge.

What your father does of his own free will with the spare change in his pockets is entirely different than being forced to hand over your money to someone. That is comparing apples and oranges.
