I know something was posted here about six months ago about a new natural gas pipeline under construction in California. No way can I find it now, I think.

But while looking, I stumbled across this, from 1997. If "negative declaration" means what I think it does, then this "Wild Goose" scheme was rejected five years ago by the CPUC. From their site:

If it was rejected back then, how did it get resurrected, hmmmmm?

Reading some more of this looks like "negative declaration" might mean "no environmental impact". I dunno'...
