Years ago I had a supervisor who craved a '100%' contribution rate from his subordinates. My refusal to cooperate landed me in his office, where I had the pleasure of refusing him to his face.

Gid he get a kickback?

I always hated that 100% BS in the military...it never happened because I refused.

"...Gid he get a kickback?..."

It's hard to say.

My guess would be that the UW is way too tight-fisted to pony up any 'back-atcha' cash.

He probably got the word, from above, that the company wanted to present this sort of image, with an unspoken threat or promise regarding how his 'performance' would affect his career.

The company I'm referring to here was prone to get involved in this sort of public relations eyewash BS, in several different forms, over the course of any given year.

They would stage an annual charity spectacle every year where virtually every employee was expected to 'volunteer' to go wipe the butts of the poor, teach treefrogs to masturbate correctly or perform some other vital public service.

I don't know how any of these events ever turned out, first hand... I always burned a vacation day instead.
