After reading through this thread, I'm convinced he has a "crush" on you.
He reminds me a girl in high school who was constantly telling other guys such things as "stop that", "you wouldn't do that", "you selfish pig", etc..... The thing I couldn't figure out (at that time) was why the girl kept hanging around these guys. It took me awhile to figure it out, but it was because she liked them.
Bo Peep is behaving in a similar manner to a high school girl.
