Not quite. Bush should have been man of the year but Time couldn't quite bring themselves to name two years in a row.

It really is a great read despite the source. This article gives some good insight into the workings of the Presidents inner circle and advisors. The word "obstructionist" associated with Daschle was a smart move by The White House. We all should be using that in conjuction with his name.
