Fornication is a serious violation of the 6th Commandment, particularly if it occurs with a prostitute. One scriptural reference can be found at 1 Corinthians 6:15-20.

There is only one reason a person will go to hell if they die. That is not accepting the gift of salvation while one is still alive.

Have you heard of the passages in Scripture saying it is wrong to have sex before marriage? It is wrong. It is not a mortal sin. There is no such thing except for denying Christ and blaspheming the Holy Spirit in the process. But, it still is wrong and God would not approve.

Actually, there is some debate on that issue. Some say that any non-marital sex is a sin (thou shalt not commit adultery), but the definition of adultery is in question. I have heard it argued that at the time of Moses adultery was defined as having extra-marital sex, not pre-marital sex.

I have no problem with this kid getting laid before he died, and am glad he did. If I was a virgin male who was dieing that would be my primary wish too. Those who condemn him for this are no better than those who forced the Make a Wish Foundation to deny a dieing kid's wish to shoot a moose (or was it an elk?). Don't force the poor kid to die with his primary dream un-fulfilled!

Sin is sin.. salvation is not an on again off again thing.. with true salvation as spoken in scripture, we are changed ..transformed..it's not the sin we commit ..it is 'what' we were or are.... and there is a scripture that says:

Psa 103:11 For as the heaven is high above the
earth, [so] great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

Psa 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, [so]
far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

Psa 103:13 Like as a father pitieth [his] children,
[so] the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

Psa 103:14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth
that we [are] dust.
