The recent activities of the Daily Cal is, IMHO, despicable. I think they have been taken over by a group with a narrow mission. It is also antithetical to the gains made there by the Free Speech movement of Mario Salvo. The other recent fiasco there was the anti-terrorist war action of the city council, not the University. The other anti-war sentiment was that against the Viet Nam War, a war that we should have never entered in the first place.
