One of the most expensive also!

Carlton College, in Northfield MN, Clinton spoke there and Sen Wellstone was a professor there. Can't get much worse than that. William Buckley also rated it in one his books on colleges too.

UTC and several of the state's private schools have been threatened with sanctions from the Southern college certification body. Two other schools instate have been placed on probation.
Of course, there were quite a few diversity questions on that form they had us fill out last year in class. Who knows what they use as rating criteria these days.

The list would be shorter and easier to remember if you asked which ones weren't.

I confirm the favorable comments on University of Chicago. My daughter went there. Best undergraduate liberal arts education in the country. Students work hard for for B's and C's. No grade inflation. Small college inside huge research machine. Fabulous opportunities for smart, hard-working kids.

I remember going into Madison with a few other Marines back in 1985. (Our unit was working at McCoy.) Nobody would give us a room anywhere. We went into one hotel and asked for a room and I remember the guy at the front desk just looked at us and slowly shook his head, never uttering a word. He looked at us like we were space aliens. In fact, everybody in Madison looked at us like that. We took the hint and ended up in Fon du Lac (sp?) and we had a good time.

Smith College was just hit this week with a $1.5 million dollar verdict for discrimination against a male coach.

Cornell Law SchoolHeck, that whole school is rotten -- they still look back with pride to the radical black left armed takeover in the 1960's, they all stll have the Stockholm syndrome.

Iowa State University: Bad, but has gotten better.

I hate liberalism, of course, but chances are you'll have probably have a lot more fun at a liberal college. Liberal chicks are easy. ;)
