I'd rather remain a child of the King thanks anyway though. But then again you spiritual journey has not been mine and vice versa. I've came through some trials that some could not begin to imagine. No not because of my strenght or character. It was GOD who saw me through. It was Christ who was there at the casket with me 16 years ago when I told my most beloved good-bye.
It was Christ who was with me in the car 5 months later with a new love going 90 MPH in a car speeding to the hospital doors. It was Christ presense she was experiencing as she was describing to me the peace she felt while she was fading away. It was Christ who a week later in the hospital room was there when the preachers layed on hands for healing. It was Christ who told me "It's OK" though at that time I knew not what it meant. It was Christ who brough her the Nuns to minister to her and prepare her for abandonment by her very parents, It was Christ who years later was in the car again with us again speeding to the hpospital with her comatose in drug induced hytothermia from a dentist, It was Christ who was with me the night our daughter was injured in a car wreck. It was Christ who gave me the strength to care not for one but two till she healed. It was Christ not me or my strenghts.
Lessons come in various forms. GOD deals with us on his terms. I was too immature to be a dad to two step daughters. My own family questioned my judgement in marrying a quadriplegic 7 years older with two daughters. Carefull prayer was given to that decession. Yes GOD is true to his word "It's OK!" It's great!
It is Christ that even after my own body and mind has been stricken to the point of disability that allows me to care for both of us.
The Grace of GOD is sufficent for the day. I can go deeper into GODs hand in our very lives but the point is made. My first wife was a JW who excepted Christ. Will I see her again? Yes I will thankfully she heard the call and answered. I know that much. Why was she taken away? 16 years ago that tormented me. Today I see his works and blessings. I would not trade places with anyone for health nor money. Did GOD heal her at the laying of hands? No instead he healed a broken spirit that night. My own.
I've seen some good fine Christian ministries slandered in these so called exclusive web exposee sites listing the so called hethern preachers. One of them is Joni Erickson Tada and her ministry.
Oh how so quick we forget what ministery actually is. To those who even offer a drink of water in my name....
And notice, the only place you see these exposee's are on the web. Or within the confines of the prisons they call churches. These vile people are nothing more than the enemy's tools to tear the body apart. Just as Satan does, they take scripture and twist it so that one reading them can become confused. No wonder we are warned to be discerning about what we take into our spirit. How subtle they can be. Most often they aren't but when they want to be they can. Just like the enemy who uses them.
