I have already asked for an example, but surely there will not be one.
The woman has more widsdom under her fingernail than both us us will ever have in whole persons.
I also know that she loves Jesus, and is not ashamed to say it. I am amaazed that most Christians don't publicly tell people that they LOVE Jesus.
Actually, the bible tells us that women should not teach men. Also, she is not the pastor of her church. She promotes herself to women, as do others. They are public meetings, and men are allowed to attend.
More than anything, she is a counselor. That is why people long to hear her.
The bible state that a woman is not to have authority over a man. Women have taught and will continue to to teach. It is scriptural. If your AV 1611 tells you different I would suggest you find a translation you can understand." Acts 2:18 18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: (KJV) "
Get yourself a good concordance and look up the word "prophesy" in that verse. I would be very carefull passing judgement on one of Gods children unless I was absolutly sure she was wrong . A carefull study of the scriptures would put you as the one in error.
Your condemnation of this woman seems to come from your scriptural ignorance, not hers." Rom 14:4 4 Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. (KJV) "
Having what you think is the only true translation of Gods word doesn't make you right. You still have to understand what your reading.
Phillip the evangelist had four virgin daughters who were 'prophetesses.' How could this allowed in the early church if your theory is correct?
Titus 2
3 Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good.
4 Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children,
5 to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.
This is what J.M. does... and is very good at it. She motivates women to excel in their purpose as Godly women, wives and mothers.
