I pray that Rocky's name and deeds can spread. If Bush would make a BIG DEAL out of this and get it in the media's eye ... we could start down that path. Let's see 1st if he will sign it (it is tied to a huge appropriations bill) and 2nd if he goes public big time about it, or if he quietly does it with no fan fare. He has the perfect opportunity to do it up big IMHO.

May felings about the good dieing young are best summed up by an old cowboy poem:

I've heard it said, so it must be true,
"that only the good die young" ...
Well, tough old cusses like me aint dead,
no, we'll stay 'til the last dog's hung.
