And has decieved the multitudes arrayed against Israel....it is an illogical and totally without reason hatred.....which answers your question re: do people just naturally hate Jews....unless they have been redeemed? I don't know the answer to that. But I do know, like you, that God's redeeming grace transforms people who once hated Jews into those who love God's chosen people and the nation, Israel, that bore them!
