...PA has been described as Philly and Pittsburgh with Alabama in between....

LOL.... having only resided in PA for 3 years, I have not heard this description before.....very funny! And, although it was probably meant as a slam, considering Philly and Pittsburgh - I think it is a compliment!! lol

Oh well, PA has been described as Philly and Pittsburgh with Alabama in between, so we too ever have our work cut out for us

In between the blue areas of the 2000 election map, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, which house the majority of the state's social parasites, are the red areas, where patriots and producers live. The red counties.

Including State College and Centre County.

I agree, it's an especially heartwarming compliment coming as it does from the pinko nincompoops I loathe and detest. Well, as an 'honorary Alabaman', from Pike County, which runs about 8 of us (and armed to the teeth as well!) for every 1 of them, I partake of a special kind of joy knowing we stick in their spindly throats like spiked cactus that can't be dislodged...

Hey SGW, if you take away their whining, what else will they have to do? Look for a real job? LOL

Bump from Michigan, where hopefully you'll see Senator Raczkowski.

Interesting! Rockefeller's WV residence may be phony and he can't vote here? It might be worth publicizing.

Well, again for what it's worth, I have the entire voter roll as of November 2000, and I did a serial search for every name matching 'BYRD' (103 statewide) and ROCKEFELLER (1 match statewide, the 22-year-old kid in Pocahontas County who also has by the way a Washington DC mailing address = 2121 Park Rd NW, Washington DC 20010)

Hey - don't forget about Upper Bucks County! We are heavily Republican up here! Such a shame that such a beautiful state is overrun in two cities..... the rest of us can think!

Just imagine how hard it must be for the 12 conservatives that live in those two places.....!

Merry Christmas to you both...(where is all the snow????)

John D. IV's son Justin Rockefeller is a Princeton student. Here's an editorial he wrote opposing any Constitutional amendment to prevent flag desecration.

John D. IV's kid attended the exclusive private school, St. Albans source.

It seems to me that Justin's voter registration in W.Va. - assuming he is the Justin Rockefeller in question - is fraudulent, as the above-linked sources would indicate he is a D.C. resident. Wonder where Alan Mollohan's barroom brawling sons vote? LOL

Rockefeller on raising the minimum wage (very ironic).

2001 SENATE PAY RAISE VOTE
Note: Because of the way this vote was brought up, a vote No is a vote in favor of the pay raise. A vote Yes is a vote against the pay raise. WHAT A SLIMY WAY TO WORD THIS !! "yes"="no" and "no"="yes". SINATE SWINE!!

Justin may have his father's eyes, but he obviously got his mother's brains. That is a well written article which someone with Senator Rockefeller's IQ could never have written. Good job Justin!

But why would the kid be registered in WV and not the parents? By the way, the voting record shows Justin as having registered to vote Septemer 18,1998, but NOT having voted in 1998. (I have no access to 2000 info at the moment.) I have double-checked and still can't find anything for the older Rockefellers. What a mystery.

I can't imagine it's suppressed for security purposes, since I can find Senator Byrd and Cong. Mollohan and Rahall immediately. I forget Capito's first name, so will look later.

In answer to your question about the Mollohans, I am the expert here since I live one block away from (and pass six times a day) the house which is the official "residence" of the Mollohan family. I can assure you by direct eyewitness testimony (thousands of instances) that the Democratic Congressman Alan Mollohan, his wife Barbara A. Mollohan, and their son Alan Mollohan, who are on the voter rolls of Marion County, WV, do NOT -- repeat, NOT -- live at their official "residence", as the term "live at" is usually understood.

They have 5 children, and evidently the other 4 are either too young to be registered anywhere, or else are away at college or elsewhere. This includes the bar-brawling sons who got off with no punishment a couple of years ago.

Interestingly, the male Mollohans only vote about half the time, and Barbara a third of the time. I am assuming absentee in most cases, but I have no knowledge of that. Further, I have been informed that Mrs. Mollohan has had a full-time, $80,000 per year, job in Washington for quite a few years.

I only contribute this information since I find it quite interesting how the elite of this country actually live their lives.

Indeed. Interesting how John D. IV and Sharon Percy Rockefeller are so out of touch with West Virginia that they don't even bother to vote here. This is the problem with full-time congresscritters. And not at all surprising that Alan Mollohan, who inherited his father's congressional seat and plans to inherit Byrd's senatorial seat, wouldn't vote here. He's no more a West Virginian than Osama bin Laden. These people disgust me to no end.

Senior demo on veteran's affairs, but somehow he managed to avoid military service. Too tall, I suppose.

That's the spirit! I would hold off on a press release until I can find definitive proof of what my search has so far suggested. Can anyone think of any reason why I would NOT find a voter record for these two critters?? I need in the meantime for someone to locate any evidence of John D. Rockefeller the Fourth actually residing in any location in WV since say the last 10 years (so that a definitive coter roll search can be mounted by someone going to last known county and actually looking at the books). This may all be a false alarm, but still...

Jay (the good Jay, that is): here's a suggestion, since I had forgotten that Jay Rockefeller is the Fourth (IV): might we start referring to him as "Ivy"? (You know, a play on words, plus insidious connotations of elite status/Ivy League stuff.) Humor and ridicule is my weapon of choice for a real dummy like JDRIV.
