Notre Dame should hire Jesse as coach. If there is no other criterion for hiring a coach than that he be black, Jesse qualifies and should be given this opportunity to prove that he is big-time caliber. In addition, it would get him off the dole.

While Notre Dame is not the highest paying college for a football coach it does pay well over $1 million dollars a year. I doubt Jackson is willing to take a pay cut.
