Public schools will not go away. For the mainstream of society, they work OK. And they certainly allow children to be educated whose parents would not otherwise care. But some parents want that religious option or that high-achieving school or even schools for special students.

Having public schools and other options co-exist is something I can support. And, BTW, thanks so much for relabeling that link! :)
