Against liberal Dick and gutless Gray?
I used to live in LA. I worked my Clymer off for Riordan. I thought it was weird that he had surrounded himself with former Cranston staffers, but I figured what the heck it's a non-partisan office.
Unfortunately guess who had the say when it was all over? Not only did Riordan not hire Republicans he let all of his Republicans campaign staff go. Several months later the lone Republicans staffer quit becasue she was fed up with the administration and all the DemRats that Dick had packed into his office.
There was an article in one of the major papers there. I'm going to go find it and post it here for people who weren't around, or those who have short memories.
