December 17, 2001 -- Noted Harvard law Professor Alan Dershowitz said the vile video of Osama bin laden does not necessarily prove the master terrorist's guilt.

In a column written for Toronto's National Post newspaper, Dershowitz - a lawyer who has represented Mike Tyson, O.J. Simpson and Claus Von Bulow, among others - says the tape shows only that bin Laden is a "despicable" human being.

That's ridiculous. We can already establish that he is the head of the terrorist enterprise. He then admits on the tape that his organization, with his involvement (he references discussions prior to the event where they discuss potential damage) carried out the deed. He is therefore guily as a member/leader of a criminal conspiracy. He doesn't have to be linked directly to, i.e., calling Mohammed Atta and giving the go-sign. There are lesser managers for that function.

Is Dersh trying to deny that, under our conspiracy law, because Al Capone or some mob godfather, doesn't pull the trigger on a hit, that they aren't nonetheless guilty of a capital crime under our law?

Doctors at Harvard Medical School revealed today that a videotape of Alan Dershowitz discussing legal theory on Larry King Live does NOT prove that he has a brain.

Dr. Wing Tipshoo of the People's Republic of Massachusetts Institute for Liberal Thought said that although the videotape clearly shows Dershowitz's lips moving, it does NOT prove that they are connected to any type of brain apparatus.

Dr. Tipshoo will continue his research at the Peoples Republic of Massachusetts Nude Beach Park where Dershowitz likes to romp and frolic unclothed in the sand in front of small children.
