No other branch of the service comes close to training their special forces the way the SEALS get trained.

LOL, that's probably an accurate statement if you are the enemy!
I remember reading about how the UDT
(what SEALS were called before name change in 60's)
used to leave messages for the Marines when they landed on the beach.
Anyway you look at it, Navy AND Marines always have and always will be the greatest combination on earth!
Hell there are even Navy SEALS in Afganistan right now on the ground.
And Navy Seabees at Camp Rhino.
ALL Navy and Marines, no matter what rank, or assignment are the salt of the earth.
