"The Koran forbids killing anything, even a tree, he said." This probably stems from that "excessive logging" in the Sahara Forest problem they had a while back.

No not Sean Connery... It was the Arabian tale about the famous axman Abu-bin-Bunyon and Bebu his Blue Kurd.
The people in the movie your thinking about were Indonesians.
(p.s.: When this guy was at Ford...I wonder if they offered him a chair to sit on?)

AFter failing to build good cars, Ford turns to the cult, driving cars in your imagination, transporting yourself with psychic powers.

I understand that fight does not mean kill after reading this article. And especially trees. I haven't been involved in fighting trees but I feel it could be a challenge. The reluctance to kill explains all the dense forests in the Arab regions. CAMEL DUNG!!!!

I have come to believe that this softening effort from the Islamic clerisy would not have occurred except for two things:
- The hellrain of high explosives from American warplanes over Afghanistan,
- The ravening fear that they might be next.
No trust to those who celebrated the attacks on the Twin Towers with everything from self-satisfied expressions to automatic weapons fire. No trust to those who claim that America is responsible for the deaths of her own people. No trust to the billion-plus who claim, despite operating a dozen theocratic dictatorships in which a non-Muslim is in continuous peril of his life, that it is they who are the persecuted minority. Stay suspicious until half a century's good behavior confirms their slightest claim!

We stopped buying Ford/Lincoln/Mercury et al years ago, and if they are into this silly crap, no wonder their sales are down. Nothing but Chevys and rice burners (no Toyotas) for me.......

I have a Ford, but I phoned their company about a month ago and told them I would never purchase another one. First reason, diversity crap, second reason, discrimination against white older males.

Build cars you idiots.

I predict that even psychic powers won't save Ford from a well deserved oblivion. IMHO, they haven't build a decent vehicle in years.

I could not find a direct email on their website, but there is a 800 number that I used when I called them.
