I "think" that our game plan is being put together and has been for the last few months.
Major downsizing of the military began in 1989 and as recent as this Sept (after 9/11)
Congress approved more base closings starting Oct 1 2001.
The vote was not even close and the President signed the new base closing bill.
You and I both know no matter what Congress or the President does the military always "makes it go right."
