You are dealing with a Maritime Contract Court and the Constitution doesn't apply. Now, go scratch you behind and think about it.
You scholar you. Hey, let me know when you get that new Republic of Texas up and running. Maybe you can hook me up with a travel visa. If you allow us American foreigners on your soil.

Apparently VA Advogado is a bit low on intellectual ammunition.
I say this because every time D Joyce presents a valid, well-reasoned argument to support his position, VA Advogado -- rather than replying to the substance of D Joyce's arguments -- resorts to lobbing ad hominem grenades in D Joyce's direction.
Suggestion to VA Avogado: Learn how to argue issues, instead of targeting people personally.
(Your failure to do so telegraphs to all that you have already lost the debate.)

Re: Maritime Contract Court
IT's obvious you have no idea what D. Joyce was talking about. It's best you do some research. It places you in the uncomfortable position of either accepting that we are now under an Unconstitutional Government, or he's right. There's no 2 ways about it.

America was founded upon civil disobedience. There were those then that were men of action and those then that were men of caution. I think we know where you would have been then by your words now.
