To: Roscoe,
You were provided with the AAA's actual quotes. And you were provided with quotes from a press release by the NMA.
To: MileHi
Come on Milehi .... tell em what you really think !!!
To: MileHi
If you read the article, one may not sue the city unless they have "standing." This "stunt" gives him standing to pursue the case.
If he has a ccw he already has standing dope. You don't have to be arrested to have standing in court. Ask any ACLU plantiff.

"I could protest it or try to change it by going to the corner store and buying a gallon of milk." So let me ask, what have you done to change the unconstitutional laws? What have you done to bring back a constitutional basis to our current system of laws? Like I said, unlike the millions of conservatives who complain about unjust and wrong laws and corrupt court systems, yet do absolutely nothing about it, this guy is at least doing something. And for that, I give him credit. Moreso than the millions of couch potatoes who just tell us "Don't worry - be happy, Bush is in office and government is good."

No reply... hmm.
To: VA Advogado; roscoe
tpaine, why are you struggling so much today?
----------------------------------
VA, if you read my words of wisdom, posted here at FR for nearly four years now, you will note that they are primarily directed at the stuggle against anti-constitutional ringers like you & roscoe.

BTW, you might like to check out the profile of self-proclaimed "anarchist and agitator" Duncan Philp, who was arrested along with Rick.

The reason for my asking about revolution is simple. IMO, today's politcal agenda within our government is an attempt to pacify the people; it is an attempt to thwart unrest. And in the process we see government as the most biased method under the Sun to take away our individual rights and liberties.
The political system, today, about America is to control the people; it is no longer about ensuring the rights of the people which is the basis of our republic.
To: Roscoe
You do realize, don't you, that neither you nor VA have a reputation as champions of liberty and freedom, don't you?
This isn't striclty a LP issue, but it seems that perhaps they are they only ones with the stones to act.
It is obvious that you'd be among the group that couldn't wait to tattle on the Son's of Liberty when they broke oppressive laws and made their public demonstrations.
