Three reasons why much of the nation now respects Al Gore and despises nitwits like Clinton and DU: Al Gore fully supports the President in this time of war and doesn't say anything to sabotage national unity. Al Gore doesn't publicly blame American for what happened. Al Gore doesn't run around saying what a better job he would be doing if he were president.

But does DU bother following Al Gore's example? Of course not.

This is why I didn't like that SNL skit that had Gore calling up Bush and mentioning the election controversy and how he would handle the war. Gore is a bit dotty but he isn't deserving of our contempt the way Bubba and Hillary do.
