Go to Russia. If you have even a rudimentary control of the language, strike up a conversation with nearly any member of the military. DO NOT approach the Militsia with this attempt -- go to regular army. Within about 20 minutes they will make you an offer.

I'd take a Styer AUG any day of the week. Standard firearm of the Swiss, and they're allowed to keep them in their houses. Now, I wonder why the Swiss don't have the crime rate like America does? 8)
