True. But it is mixed becasue we have adopted socialist programs and inserted them into what used to be a capitalist system. The point is that to do that, we had to drop capitalism in principle and adopt the principle of collectivism in it's place. Our economy is mixed because it is not yet fully socialist, only part way, in practice. It terms of the generally accepted economic principles today, socialism has replaced capitalism.
