...along with a BLANK CHECK for when he falls short of the 3,000 VALID Signatures he needs to run 4-FREE ...turned out to be only an "Estimate" with an actual total of just 1,151 turned in of which only ..40%.. were VALID Voter Signatures = Another CONDIT Family Lie.

...In contrast ...Former Congressman BOB DORNAN stated today on his.. www.TalkRadioNetwork.com ..National Talk Radio Show ...that in all his 20 years of running for Congress ..95%.. of his Voter Signatures he turned in to County Registrars were VALID and that the CONDITS must now be really scraping the bottom of the barrel to get Signatures turned in ...in order to try to run 4-FREE. This would be the Best P/R for CONDIT just when he needs it the most. In other words CONDIT is making the County Registrars do the work for him.
...GARY CONDIT ...while still sitting on the House Intelligence Committee & its Sub-Committee on Terrorism and Homeland Security ...responsible for protecting US in -Time of War-..
...has yet to comply with a month-old D.C. Grand Jury's Subpoena demanding he give it documentational proof that he was busy seeing a Doctor while his lover CHANDRA LEVY was busy disappearing nearly 7 months ago.
...A longtime Friend of his told American Media, Inc (Of Anthrax Target Fame) that he has NEVER known GARY CONDIT to go to a Doctor in the 20 years that he's known him.

CONDIT'S ROTTEN, CHANDRA'S NOT FORGOTTEN by our good friend Chris.
In California, if a candidate is able to secure the 3000 VALID signature, the $1451.00 filing fee is waived. They are commonly called "in lieu of" signatures. After all signatures are verified by the County Registrar and sent to the California Secretary of State, The filing fee is adjusted to reflect the difference of those that fall short of the 3000. Failure to get the 3000 signatures does not exclude a candidate. Sort of like a pro-rated tire or battery replacement for your car.
A candidate may also forego the signature gathering phase and simply pay the $1451.00.
