...Oh, my yes, you can buy your way on the Ballot by paying the Filing Fee. If your Voter Signatures come up short you cay pay for the difference and still run. THE Difference here being that America's "Protector" GARY CONDIT and his lying Family are telling the American People one thing on TV and are DOING just the opposite.

Hope this will clarify things for one and all.
In California, if a candidate is able to secure the 3000 VALID signature, the $1451.00 filing fee is waived. They are commonly called "in lieu of" signatures. After all signatures are verified by the County Registrar and sent to the California Secretary of State, The filing fee is adjusted to reflect the difference of those that fall short of the 3000. Failure to get the 3000 signatures does not exclude a candidate. Sort of like a pro-rated tire or battery replacement for your car.
A candidate may also forego the signature gathering phase and simply pay the $1451.00.

Condit appeared in South Park tonight, along with OJ, John and Patsy Ramsey, and a Susan Smith type character. In the plotline, they were all repeatedly called murderers and liars... sometimes collectively, and sometimes featured in closeups (animated likeness), with a character addressing them directly.
