This was to have been a mail in ballot. The county says they had printer problems when envelopes were being printed. This resulted in 10,000 citizens not receiving a ballot. Others received multiple ballots. 100,000 ballots were to have been sent out, and only 90,000 showed up on the printer printout of the computer program. The city and county got a judge to nullify the election. Ballots were to be in the citizen's hands 10 days prior to yesterday's election.
The election has been moved to March 5th - state primary day.
Now there is controversy concerning the present city council members term expiration date.
Has all the earmarks of a Democrat run political machine.
