If there are stakeholders in the meeting making policy, then watch out. People with no legal authority to make any policy decisions or laws come into these meetings. They call themselves stakeholders and often hornswoggle landowners and local citizens into thinking they have some right to influence the decision. Well they DON'T so DON'T let them! Often they get in there, influence the outcome of things and the landowner is left wondering what happened! They can talk all they want, but they have NO LEGAL RIGHT to make policy or influence decisions on local planning issues. ONLY THE PROPERTY OWNERS, VOTERS AND LOCAL CITIZENS HAVE THAT RIGHT!
INSIST THAT YOUR CONSTITUIONAL FORM OF GOVERNMENT BE UPHELD. INSIST THAT GOVERNMENT POLICY BE DECIDED BETWEEN THE LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE AND CONSTITUENTS THROUGH THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS AND THE BALLOT BOX.
Local counties and cities can stand up to the federal government and refuse to adopt their policies. It says so IN THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.

Thats the reason for these community groups; ie change the way people in the community vote on the greenie agenda. Hell, as of now a quarter of the community is buying the enviro line. And the legal adjudication process that locals and gov are involved in will take 5-10 years and the greens feel they can wear the community out.Ed Hubel
