Highway trust fund dollars going to Canada for their highway...presumably it connects with our highway in Alaska....if I recall correctly Alaska (and I believe the Canadian part, too) was to be something like $1.64 for ever $1 of gas tax collected.
Additionally, I believe they have had some private property issues I've disagreed with....but that could be Don Young I'm thinking of.
