I have a feeling the original city chicken was made from pigeons captured on Liberty Avenue.

LOL! On my birthday, my mom would always make city chicken for me (I loved it). Now we have Peregrines downtown which help take care of the pigeons. Sometimes one will perch outside the window near where I sit. Lovely birds.
