No, we should set up a replica of our CONSTITUTION and the BIL OF RIGHTS in all of those countries. This way they can learn to enjoy FREEDOM.
That's what the ordinary people there are hoping for. And why not?
We should set up a free country so we can trade with them. But they must be free FIRST. They must have PROPERTY RIGHTS.
