Oh you mean our servants on the Supreme Court that are so filled with vile spewing comments like the constitution is a living document instead of a solid foundation originating out of common law. The same supreme court that generally refuses to take on any real constitutional issues.
The supreme court has gone the way of the executive and legislative branch and is just as corrupt. Dread Scott, Miller vs US, USA vs Diana Rose Lupi, US vs Indianapolis Baptist Temple, and so many more. However, it may do you some good to reread the Declaration of Independance, the Articles of Confederation, Madison Notes, and the Magna Carta, before you start spewing your socialistic manifesto.

PUH---LEEEEEEASE!
You Losertarians should play the tin-foil futures. Television has warped your capability for original thought.
We have real enemies, (Islamic militants) so why do you bother with the imaginary?
Ken Hamblin's first book is titled "Find a Better Country" --- so why don't you?

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear likely we'll be seeing the likes of Washington, Adams, Madison and Jefferson soon. What we are left with is a Supreme Court that is moderate at best, however in the case of the Florida Supreme Court verdict, thankfully it came down on the side of the Constitution.
The problems we are having to face now are as a result of the liberal ideological subversion of American courts for decades by the Justice Frankfurters and Alan Deshowitz's of the world. A turn "right" is needed, even temporarily to regain equilibrium and pause, afterall absolute freedom without discipline equals anarchy.
